Legends Accounting has commitment to educate over 100 girls in India, through the not-for-profit organisation, Nanhi Kali.

Project Nanhi Kali provides academic, material and social support that allows a girl child to access quality education, attend school with dignity and reduces the chances of her dropping out.

Legends Accounting strongly believes in gender equality and empowering women in the community. Legends Accounting has partnered with Nanhi Kali to sponsor education of 100 girls.

Government of India statistics reveal that only 3 out of 10 girls who enter class 1, completes class 10. At primary school level, over 45% of girls drop out of schools and this increases to 73% by the time the child has reached class 10.

Successful education of girl child has been repeatedly acknowledged as an effective mechanism to break this inter-generational cycle of poverty, social norms, myths and social evils.
